What you'll do

• Engage patients onsite at OB/GYN partner clinics and assist with enrollment
• explain the benefits of continuous support through Delfina’s platform
• guide patients through secure enrollment and accurate data entry and consent in compliance with HIPAA
• coordinate with clinic staff to integrate enrollment into patient flow
• document daily activity and feedback
• relay field insights to growth and implementation teams
• represent the program with professionalism and empathy.
