Robotics Field Service Engineer

What you'll do

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on robotic manufacturing cells
• respond to remote and onsite escalations, diagnose root causes, and restore systems
• support customer operators and maintenance teams
• log service activity, asset updates, and spare parts in CMMS
• coordinate field schedules
• monitor system performance remotely
• document service work and follow-up
• identify recurring failures
• follow safety standards including LOTO
• participate in root-cause analysis, audits, and improvement initiatives.
