What you'll do

• Establish and own fleet reliability metrics and dashboards
• align engineering and operations teams on reliability objectives and key results
• identify systemic reliability gaps across hardware, firmware, software, networking, storage, and operational processes
• lead cross-functional programs to improve fleet delivery, readiness, and stability
• define plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success criteria
• manage dependencies and unblock execution
• track progress and communicate risks and status
• participate in major incident reviews and root-cause analysis
• use data and incident learnings to prioritize reliability investments and corrective actions.
