What you'll do

• Collect aged accounts receivable
• prepare, edit, and submit billing, collections, and corrections according to contracts
• ensure invoices are transferred accurately and on time
• communicate with clients through calls, emails, and meetings
• complete an average of at least 32 account interactions daily on a monthly basis
• coordinate with billing and sales to resolve issues
• provide accounts receivable reports
• assess nonpayment-related suspension risk
• respond to inquiries
• resolve discrepancies and prepare adjustments or refunds for approval
• maintain accurate account records and communicate payment risks.
