What you'll do

• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure personnel follow policies and procedures
• keep the plant within environmental limits and permits
• respond to injuries or accidents
• direct shift, daily, weekly, and monthly checks
• approve equipment removal from service and ensure proper clearance, tagging, and safety permits
• troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate maintenance
• train and manage the workforce.
