What you'll do

• Oversee account profit and loss and budgeting
• manage day-to-day account operations
• conduct hiring, progressive counseling, and termination functions
• oversee scheduling, payroll, and team training
• maintain relationships with customers, guests, clients, and other departments
• work with the chef and management team on menus and food quality
• roll out culinary programs with company marketing and culinary teams.
