What you'll do

• Organize litigation drives and case documents
• coordinate and maintain matter status charts
• assist with discovery, fact gathering, document analysis and production, depositions, and witness interviews
• conduct factual research
• cite-check and proofread
• coordinate court and agency filings
• communicate with clients, witnesses, and outside parties as approved
• assist with pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and trial preparation
• maintain case calendars, files, and trial notebooks.
