What you'll do

• Oversee daily tasting room and farmhouse kitchen operations
• lead front- and back-of-house teams
• provide hands-on floor coverage as needed
• recruit, mentor, and develop staff
• manage budgets, P&L, expenses, and labor targets
• manage reservations and guest experience
• use OpenTable and Toast POS
• drive wine, food, event, and wine club sales
• oversee events, tours, and programming
• collaborate with winemaking, culinary, and marketing teams.
