What you'll do

• Oversee preparation and cooking of a wide variety of food
• help develop menus and daily specials
• maintain food quality, taste, and presentation
• train, mentor, and supervise Cook II and III staff and other kitchen team members
• maintain kitchen and food-storage cleanliness and organization
• enforce health and safety guidelines
• manage inventory and stock rotation
• collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff
• assist with cleaning and dishwashing as needed.
