What you'll do

• Schedule and confirm appointments
• greet and check in and out guests
• prepare locker amenities
• promote and sell services and retail products
• provide spa tours and beverages
• communicate promotions
• maintain cleanliness of the spa, locker room, and front desk
• escort guests
• perform daily cleaning and minor maintenance
• open and/or close the spa
• follow cash-handling procedures
• resolve guest challenges and inform management.
