What you'll do

• Build and maintain company-wide processes and communication channels
• translate strategy into implementation and accountability
• develop direct reports and support organizational culture
• work with Insurance Operations on policyholder conversion and retention
• oversee budgeting, cash-flow forecasting, KPI and financial reporting, core systems, finance and vendor relationships, new-state operations, and regulatory compliance.
