What you'll do

• Provide individualized support that respects client preferences, choices, and independence
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and meal preparation
• facilitate community outings and social activities
• administer prescribed medications and document them
• implement positive behavior support strategies
• monitor health and report concerns
• maintain progress notes, incident reports, and service plans
• collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families
• respond to crises according to established protocols
• participate in training.
