Systems Administrator (TS/SCI with Active Polygraph)

What you'll do

• Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
• monitor client/server, storage, network, and mobile devices
• provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution
• communicate status and support dispatch and hardware issue resolution
• configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems and network components
• install, maintain, and enhance operating system software.
