What you'll do

• Handle employment-related litigation matters through various stages
• draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive filings
• manage written discovery and conduct legal research
• take and defend depositions
• develop case strategy with experienced employment litigators
• prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, and trials
• work directly with clients
• take on increasing responsibility with limited supervision.
