The Assistant Kitchen Manager role is onsite in Fulton, MO, with pay of $20 per hour plus tips. The schedule is Friday and Saturday from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. The role supports the kitchen crew at Serenity Valley Winery. The position prepares and serves food while helping the kitchen operate accurately, efficiently, and safely. It contributes to customer service through order preparation and supports kitchen readiness through food preparation, ordering, inventory, and cleaning.

What you'll do

• Take and prepare food orders accurately and efficiently
• make handcrafted pizzas using the pizza oven
• prepare and serve items from the brunch menu
• assist with food preparation, ordering, and inventory
• interact with customers
• keep the kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
