What you'll do

• Provide nursing care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• lead assigned team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues
• assess patient needs and develop nursing diagnoses, outcomes, plans, and interventions
• coordinate care, provide health teaching, and evaluate goals
• maintain a safe, therapeutic environment
• participate in shared governance, peer review, professional development, and quality care practices
• identify clinical priorities and initiate actions to improve outcomes.
