The Sushi Chef role is onsite in Scottsdale, AZ; the posting lists pay of $21–$23 per hour. It also includes proper handling and storage of ready-to-eat raw foods and coordination with the head sushi chef on inventory and equipment issues.

What you'll do

• Prepare sauces, sushi, and other food items
• greet guests and respond courteously to requests
• provide food information and help ensure guest satisfaction
• perform assigned opening and closing duties
• maintain clean, sanitary, and organized kitchen and sushi bar areas
• follow food portioning, cooking, presentation, safety, and sanitation standards
• handle, store, label, and rotate food properly
• report inventory, product, or equipment issues
• assist with sushi items and sushi helpers as required.
