Service Advisor

What you'll do

• Greet customers
• collect customer and vehicle information
• record reported symptoms
• recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
• prepare labor and parts estimates
• set follow-up times
• monitor repair progress and update customers
• reconcile final invoices with work performed
• explain completed work and charges
• and create and manage repair orders.
