What you'll do

• Lead hiring and day-to-day management of drivers and technicians and ensure safety training
• maintain efficient, properly maintained equipment
• promote safety inspections, meetings, compliance, and HSE practices
• plan technicians’ daily jobs and service calls
• address customer complaints and advise on corrective measures
• evaluate and coach new employees
• review and approve service-hour tickets
• participate in daily hands-on operations.
