What you'll do

• Greet and assist patients
• answer calls in English and Spanish
• schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments
• coordinate specialist referrals, diagnostic testing, and follow-ups
• track referral authorizations and insurance approvals
• verify patient and insurance information
• communicate requirements and instructions
• maintain accurate records
• assist with general front-office duties.

Why this role
