What you'll do
- Advocate for the clinical team and partner with the Location Manager on equipment, inventory, protocols, and staffing
- help establish and oversee 24/7 hospital operations
- provide medical insight and participate in resolving client concerns
- mentor new veterinarians and selected VTS candidates
- participate in DVM check-ins and evaluations
- manage DVM scheduling
- hold the location’s DEA license and ensure compliance
- build community and veterinary-industry relationships
- and partner with recruiting on events, interviews, and externships.
