What you'll do

• Prepare or direct food preparation using established procedures
• follow sanitation, hygiene, health, and food-handling standards
• date and store food safely
• clean and maintain equipment

• coordinate production with meal service
• keep the work area clean
• and clean and sanitize dishes as needed.
