The Chef / Line Cook role is onsite in Columbia, MO, with compensation of $17 per hour. Nourish Café & Market’s kitchen team supports the café’s food service operations. The role combines line cooking with leadership support, helping maintain food quality, hygiene, safety, and communication across the kitchen. It also helps keep operations running to management standards when a manager is not on duty.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership within management guidelines
• assist with training
• monitor hygiene, safety, and quality of dishes and ingredients
• communicate with staff and management
• support staff in different positions as needed
• and help maintain normal operations when a manager is absent. Line cooks open and close the line and leave a clean workspace.
