What you'll do

• Provide direct patient care and nurse visits as needed or recommended by providers
• deliver health education
• maintain accurate EHR documentation and respond to patient requests
• train, coach, and mentor Medical Assistants and clinical staff
• lead care-team huddles
• monitor task pools and open orders
• oversee CLIA-waived testing standards and quality control
• manage vaccine storage, temperature logs, medications, and clinical supplies
• maintain compliance with HIPAA and applicable requirements.
