Estimator — Commercial Roofing

What you'll do

• Review project plans and specifications
• perform quantity take-offs for materials, labor, equipment, and other resources
• use estimating software, databases, and historical data to prepare cost estimates
• collaborate with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, sales, and business development
• analyze costs, risks, contingencies, and value-engineering options
• prepare and submit bid proposals
• monitor bid opportunities and deadlines
• maintain estimating records and report on costs and bid performance.
