The Customer Care Coordinator – HVAC role is onsite in Dunlap, IL, with compensation of $17.25–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience. The coordinator supports customers and the HVAC service team at Garber Heating & Air Conditioning, which provides heating and cooling services in Morton and surrounding communities. The role connects customers, technicians, dispatch, and office staff by coordinating appointments, maintaining accurate service information, and following up on requests. This administrative and customer-care support helps the service department keep its daily work organized and customers informed throughout the service process.

What you'll do

• Answer incoming customer calls
• assist with service appointment and maintenance questions
• book service and preventative maintenance appointments
• collect and maintain accurate customer, equipment, job, and service-record information
• communicate confirmations, schedule changes, and technician arrival information
• coordinate with dispatchers and field technicians
• respond to messages and follow up on unresolved requests
• assist with maintenance agreements, work-order accuracy, service documents, invoices, and warranty documentation
• welcome office visitors and provide administrative support.
