What you'll do

• Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and dairy products using kitchen equipment
• complete opening and closing checklists
• follow prep lists, recipes, portion sizes, cooking methods, and hotel policies
• maintain a clean and sanitary work area
• follow plate presentation and garnish standards
• handle, store, label, and rotate products properly
• maintain station inventory
• attend scheduled meetings and support kitchen closing.
