IT Support Technician

What you'll do

• Provide Level I and II support by phone, email, and potentially onsite at client locations
• troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile apps
• respond to end-user questions
• manage user accounts, permissions, email, antivirus, and antispam
• monitor and process service desk tickets
• install hardware, software, network, and communications devices
• administer Active Directory and new user accounts
• document and improve operational processes.
