Customer Relationship Specialist

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers
• coordinate client project logistics and onboarding
• answer inquiries and document interactions
• communicate delays or out-of-specification results
• coordinate with laboratory, sales, and internal teams
• assist with complaints and billing issues
• review analytical reports and draft documentation
• identify leads and cross-selling opportunities
• maintain client files and account information.
