The role partners with the Lead Teacher to create a nurturing classroom and support toddlers’ language, social-emotional, physical, and cognitive development. It contributes to children’s learning and daily care while helping establish consistent classroom routines and positive family relationships.

What you'll do

• Partner with the Lead Teacher to create a nurturing classroom
• support learning activities, play, art, music, sensory experiences, and outdoor time
• encourage child development
• assist with meals, diapering or toileting, rest time, and transitions
• supervise and guide children
• maintain classroom routines and cleanliness
• and build relationships with children and families.
