The Grounds Technician — Site Based role is onsite in Cincinnati, OH, supporting a customer in the Northern Cincinnati (Amberley) area. Pay is up to $22.00 per hour. The technician supports tdgFacilities’ facilities management services and customer site upkeep. The role maintains clean, safe, and presentable exterior areas throughout the year, including seasonal landscaping and winter snow and ice care. It also helps with interior custodial work during reduced outdoor workloads or inclement weather.

What you'll do

• Maintain grounds, parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and exterior common areas
• mow, trim, edge, weed, prune, mulch, and perform seasonal landscaping
• serve as primary on-site grounds technician during winter weather, including snow removal and ice care
• operate and maintain grounds equipment
• assist with interior custodial duties during reduced outdoor workload or inclement weather
• support other facilities activities.
