What you'll do

• Welcome members and provide prompt, accurate transactions
• receive and verify checks and cash for deposits
• process check cashing and withdrawals and verify identification and endorsements
• promote credit union products and services
• maintain knowledge of products, policies, and procedures
• count currency, coins, and checks
• use electronic services
• identify and refer member-service opportunities
• place account holds
• process loan and other payments
• balance cash drawers and daily transactions
• protect confidential member information
• perform clerical quality-control and scanning tasks.

Why this role

Previous teller or cashier experience is required; computer literacy is required. High school graduation or GED is preferred. Reports to the Branch Manager.
