The role supports kitchen service throughout guests’ CUBE experience by preparing and cooking dishes, maintaining timely food service, and cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and work areas. It contributes to the venue’s hospitality and guest experience.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook dishes including main courses, sliders, and sharing platters
• clean and return dishes and cooking equipment safely
• deliver food on time and to standard
• monitor and rotate stock
• maintain a clean service area
• set up, stock sauces, and prepare ingredients
• close and deep-clean the kitchen
• assist with onboarding new team members.
