What you'll do

• Assist lead installers with residential system replacements and new installations
• help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, thermostats, ductwork, and related equipment
• assist with equipment removal, refrigerant lines, drains, electrical connections, and venting
• prepare and load materials
• maintain a clean and safe jobsite
• assist with startup, testing, and cleanup
• participate in training and work toward certifications.
