Residential Property Maintenance Technician

Job overview

The Residential Property Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Erie, PA, with compensation of $25–$30 per hour. What you'll do

• Respond to resident maintenance requests
• troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, doors, windows, and general building systems
• perform preventive maintenance and apartment make-readies
• maintain safety and cleanliness
• document work orders in AppFolio
• communicate with property managers and maintenance colleagues
• participate in the on-call rotation after training
• maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
