Community Manager – Senior Housing

Job overview

The Community Manager – Senior Housing is an onsite, full-time position serving properties in Santa Rosa and Petaluma, CA. Pay is $28–$33 per hour. PEP Housing builds and manages affordable housing for seniors living on fixed, limited incomes; this floating role works at multiple senior apartment communities. The manager coordinates site-level property operations, resident services, compliance, and maintenance to keep the communities well managed and residents supported. The role also maintains occupancy and accurate records while working with regional management and other departments.

What you'll do

• Process resident applications and verifications, show units, and complete move-ins and move-outs
• manage waitlists and occupancy in accordance with Fair Housing
• collect and accurately record rents and other payments
• complete resident certifications and maintain documents
• conduct property and unit inspections and coordinate repairs and unit turnovers
• organize community gatherings
• respond to emergencies and assist residents as needed
• provide reports to the Regional Portfolio Manager.
