Driver/Generalist

The Driver/Generalist role is onsite in Lynn, MA, with a split schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00–11:00 a.m. and 2:30–4:30 p.m. (30 hours per week). The stated pay is $20.92 per hour. Bridgewell provides social and human services intended to help people with disabilities and other life challenges live safe, self-directed, and productive lives. The role transports people served safely to and from programs and residences, then provides support in transportation, day, or residential services as needed. It helps maintain reliable access to services while supporting participants’ safety, dignity, and daily program needs.

What you'll do

• Transport people served on assigned routes
• assist passengers entering and exiting vehicles and secure seatbelts or wheelchairs
• follow route and safety procedures
• complete vehicle inspections, attendance and mileage records, and incident reports
• maintain vehicles
• provide program support and personal care when necessary
• complete assigned administrative duties.

Why this role
