What you'll do

• Respond to incoming internet inquiries and online chats
• follow up with customers by phone and email throughout the buying cycle
• set appointments and assign them to sales staff
• maintain a daily appointment log and communicate with management
• use the dealership database to record customer contacts, appointments, tracking, and notes
• provide general information about inventory and specials.
