What you'll do

• Install, replace, repair, and maintain natural gas lines and appurtenances
• respond to customer requests, investigate gas odors and consumption concerns, and connect or disconnect services
• maintain valves and inspect cathodic protection
• construct and repair mains and service lines
• fuse pipe and locate underground lines
• inspect contractor installations
• operate excavation and tapping equipment
• maintain regulator stations and related systems
• complete work orders and records
• participate as a crew member and act as crew leader if required.
