The Licensed Behavioral Health Clinical Supervisor role is onsite at the Huntington and Central Islip clinics in New York; compensation is $70,000 per year. The Huntington schedule is Monday through Friday with some evening hours, and the Central Islip schedule is Tuesday through Saturday with some evening hours. The role helps the clinics monitor care and program outcomes, maintain documentation, and coordinate services intended to improve client health outcomes and reduce preventable hospital and emergency-room visits.

What you'll do

• Provide individual and group supervision to staff, interns, and limited permit holders
• provide individual and group therapy and direct services to a small caseload
• monitor clinical documentation and audit charts
• coordinate with clinic staff, psychiatric staff, and community organizations
• manage crisis situations as needed, including on-call responsibilities
• attend team meetings.
