Commingle Shift Supervisor — Second Shift

What you'll do

• Supervise approximately 25 employees
• train, coach, and evaluate staff
• plan and direct work
• monitor quality and production
• schedule daily workflow and overtime when needed
• update customer work queues and production schedules
• ensure parts and supplies are available
• maintain accurate production records, employee files, and time sheets
• enforce safety rules and maintain orderly work areas
• report injuries and complete related paperwork
• coordinate with maintenance and troubleshoot equipment when necessary.
