What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing.
• Use a needs-based review process to explain insurance options.
• Work with the agent on marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
