What you'll do

• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams
• establish engineering strategy and govern the Basis of Design, reference designs, standards, and roadmap
• integrate engineering disciplines and technology requirements
• lead design reviews and resolve technical issues
• assess infrastructure performance and operational feedback
• evaluate emerging technologies
• drive reliability, efficiency, sustainability, and scalability
• ensure code, regulatory, safety, and contractual compliance
• guide external partners and suppliers
• plan engineering resources and report portfolio priorities and risks.
