Pharmacy Director

What you'll do

• Direct pharmacy operations
• manage costs against budgeted cost-per-script goals
• lead and develop associates
• maintain customer relationships and attend quarterly business reviews
• coordinate with Client Services and Sales to address customer issues
• maintain and report on core processes
• ensure regulatory compliance and dispensing accuracy
• manage staffing, scheduling, personnel matters, payroll, and inventory
• implement company policies and initiatives
• and provide required reports.
