Touch Up Manufacturing Operator — First Shift

The Touch Up Manufacturing Operator works onsite in Milwaukee, WI, on a Monday–Friday first shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Pay is $19–$24 per hour. Hentzen Coatings develops and manufactures advanced coatings for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. The operator fills and packages small containers of product, labels them, and completes related production documentation. The role supports accurate, safe production by following company quality, safety, and housekeeping procedures.

What you'll do

• Set up and connect equipment to fill containers to specified weights
• assemble and apply correct labels
• complete fill slips and enter data
• identify product and batch numbers
• move finished product to shipping
• clean and store equipment
• handle hazardous materials under supervision with required PPE
• follow safety, quality, and work rules.
