The Fast Hole Electrical Discharge Machining Machine Operator works onsite in Mason, OH, Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to midnight, for $20–$24 per hour starting, based on experience and capability, plus a second-shift differential. The operator sets up and runs CNC fast-hole EDM machines to cut cooling holes in engine parts, verifies work against specifications, and maintains equipment and production records. The role contributes to consistent, quality-compliant manufacturing and safe shift handoffs.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate fast-hole EDM CNC machines
• load and unload parts
• read prints and inspect parts with precision gauges
• verify finished workpieces against customer specifications
• check machine settings and sample parts
• troubleshoot processes and adjust or reprogram controls
• maintain and replace tools
• follow quality assurance and safety procedures
• maintain equipment
• document production and quality logs
• communicate shift handoffs and issues.
