What you'll do

• Oversee assigned debt-investment portfolios and accounting activities
• manage and review accounting staff work, reconciliations, and financial statements
• prepare fund financial statements, consolidation entries, and reconciliations
• support financial-reporting controls and external audits
• produce quarterly reports and investor responses
• support returns calculations, REIT qualification testing, joint-venture reconciliations, capital calls, and distributions
• manage and develop team members.
