What you'll do

• Greet members and respond to inquiries

• balance the cash drawer

• detect and report suspicious activity
• assist with account updates and digital banking issues
• follow compliance and security procedures
• support ATM balancing, vault access, and end-of-day settlement
• refer members to appropriate departments.
