What you'll do

• Design workshops, leadership opportunities, career exploration, cohorts, and community experiences
• lead and develop the Youth Experience Team
• build playbooks, calendars, templates, training resources, and procedures
• coordinate programming, logistics, transportation, volunteers, and partners
• create youth leadership opportunities
• develop community partnerships
• ensure emotionally and physically safe environments
• use feedback and outcomes to improve programming
• initially perform Program Coordinator responsibilities while learning the work and building systems.
