What you'll do

• Plan and teach recreational activities and activities of daily living.
• Provide personal care and support community integration for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Transport clients locally within the Jefferson and Fort Atkinson area.
• Complete and maintain accurate reports.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment.
